Mental Health Helplines and Support Groups

Mental Health Helplines are mandated to be prompt to be effective. For this suicide awareness month, we at Citta tried out different helplines and support groups to see how prompt and responsive they were. These were the organisations and helplines that were prompt and most effective.

One more way to relieve stress is to share the load and support groups are a great way to do that. We have listed down the support groups that are very frequent and regularly conduct these sessions.

A gentle reminder: You've Got This!
